The activity of tutors` council attached to the Institute is carried out in accordance with the decision of the Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Tajikistan Republic and the Regulations of Trustees` Council of Vocational Educational Institutions.

This council implements effective methods of upbringing work and contributes into the organization and conduct of tutorials, political readings, question-and-answer evenings, contests, sports competitions, etc.

The tutors` council of the Institute is responsible for the professional activity of young specialists` development in the spirit of higher patriotism, pride of patriotism and national self-awareness and self-recognition and increasing the organizational skills and scientific-experimental, practical-production and social-political activities of students.
